I’ve been practicing the Bubble daily for a little over 6 months now and taking people through the Bubble practice through some virtual events I’ve hosted this year. What I tell people when I take them through it is this: it’s the number one consistent practice I’ve found to not only feel what you want to feel, but to process uncomfortable feelings and emotions in real-time.
Like for me, where I used to get caught up in my thoughts mentally or emotionally, and just get brain fog, or feel physically ill and incapacitated due to depression or anxiety, with this practice, I’m experiencing my life being in flow.
To me, it’s like having the map to staying on track with your truest life goals and priorities at any given time. I suppose some people would say, poetically, it’s like being handed the keys to the kingdom; like getting to have direct experience with what it’s like to converse with God. For me, one of the ways that basking in the Bubble has transformed my life is through my familial relationships. I went through a breakup with my partner of three years, and part of how I learned to process that experience - the heart-crushing, miserable, rivers of grief that a relationship’s end entails - is by diving deep into practicing with the Bubble. I also taught my ten-year-old daughter to do the practice.
In the past three months, I’ve had the opportunity to repair old relationship rifts with several people who’ve spontaneously reached out to me to make amends about the past. In a quantum way, me managing my own energy field and maintaining a daily energetic clearing practice of BEING the energy that I want to be, seems to be affecting everything around me.
I’ve also been offered three jobs, including from a boss who actually wanted to rehire me from work I did for her in the past. These offers are just happening spontaneously.

About the Lead Instructor
Master Daniel Kim is an engineer, Christian Mystic and Tai-Chi Master.
In 2002 he founded the SUN SHEN Lineage, which is a synthesis of these ancient spiritual traditions and a modern scientific approach.
Originally from Korea, he has been practicing Martial Arts, cultivation methods and healing in various systems for more than 30 years and teaching since 1992. He lives in the United States with his family.
