Student Experiences With the Bubble

With the Bubble, I've had a personal transformation where having internal clarity leads to the external world sorting itself out. I feel the confidence of knowing that when things get difficult, I have an out, an answer that's accessible to me. That has given me a sense of confidence now that I can get through tough situations.

Stress was eating away at me. The stress is losing its grip on me as a result of this new confidence. Being able to call upon this practice, I now have access to a level of health that was inaccessible to me before. Now I have a choice.

“I'm a beginner who has recently completed the Bubble Course, and yet my life is already being transformed by it. I'm feeling calmer, more integrated and have a new sense of possibility. In addition, and very importantly, I feel I have new tools to help me deal emotionally with whatever may come my way. Though I've been interested in the area of psychology for quite some time, I haven't encountered anything with this potential or even close. For anyone who's interested in growing, improving, and having the life they envision, I couldn't recommend this course more highly!”

Since I started practicing the Bubble, I've pretty much gotten better at everything in life. It helps with performance across the board, which has been really profound. With the physical sensation of feeling the emotion and feeling it releasing into the space, I've actually been able to resolve triggers pretty regularly. Whereas before the bubble, I would stuff it in most of the time. My journals have probably doubled since the Bubble practice, so that's been really amazing. Overall, very awesome.

Since learning the Bubble practice, I'm finding I don’t have much drama in my life anymore. I don't feel rushed very often anymore. It just allows me to enjoy the moment. I'm not rushing to do one thing to get to the next thing. When I'm doing something, it seems like, “I've got time for this.” Then when the next thing comes, things are taken care of and it just works. I'm not looking for, “life's going to be great because this is going to happen.” It's more like, “I can just be here, with all the beauty within me--I just feel it.” I’m a lot calmer. I don't get triggered very much anymore.

“I've gotten to the point where going into my Bubble is most often something I look forward to, because I know I'll discover something really helpful and healing. I feel like I am on an amazing journey. My inner guidance keeps encouraging me to go again into my Bubble exercise... and the rewards are always there. Thank you SO MUCH for this wonderful path of healing, freedom and joy!!!”

Since practicing the Bubble I've noticed I've been a lot more curious. I approach more things like, “oh, let's find out and see what happens.”

I have a lot fewer triggers in my life now, which I’ve noticed the most at work. I had a really good experience at work. I was working with my boss and I was really stressed out. I was rushing and I realized I was holding myself differently. I asked myself, “why am I holding myself differently?” And then I thought, “I deserve to feel the way I want to feel. There's no reason why I have to act like this.” So I just felt what I wanted to feel. I took a huge breath. Then I started feeling how I wanted to feel and I had a lot of emotional realizations--this release of my childhood and how I relate to my parents. I had instant emotional insights into how I relate to authority and to my parents. It was a really healing experience for me. It was a really powerful experience.
